This was a tough run. I warmed up by running 1.5K slowly, then I ran 5K pretty much at the same pace I raced it last month. Every 10 minutes, I walked for 1 minute. But I swear that 1 minute felt like 10 seconds. When I got home, I had protein and glutamine, so I hope I don’t hurt when I wake up.
I also took my dog for a walk after I was finished and stretched really well.
