Long Run – 11K

This run was so easy, I almost feel guilty but not quite after that disaster of a run on Tuesday. I made sure to load up on carbs before the run with an orange juice, banana and mango smoothie and I had a couple of Stinger energy chews half way. I ran by the lake, so it was nice and cool which makes it easier for me.

I had some slight pain in my right knee, but nothing other than that. I might consider using my Tensor patella strap during runs if it happens again. I used to have trouble with that knee years ago, so I am very careful with it.
