Easy Run – 5K

I had to follow-up the disaster of a speed run with something positive. So I took this run super slow (which I was supposed to do anyway) and just listened to some tunes. I felt better since it was only 18C instead of 26C or whatever it was the other day. I’ve followed the Paleo way of eating lately, so I made sure that I made my pre-run smoothie so I’d have some carbs to work with. That may have been the problem the last time in addition to the heat.
