I decided to try running on the treadmill at work today. It didn’t go badly at all. Maybe all of this cross training I’ve been doing for the past four months has paid off.
I like the fact that the treadmill at the gym can make use of your heart rate info from a Polar transmitter. The treadmill will increase or decrease the incline based on your heart rate. There are also hill workouts which I would like to try for my shorter runs since it’s more convenient than finding hills near home.
